Post Before you apply
Raid Times:
Tue: 08:00pm - 11:30pm
Wed: 08:00pm - 11:30pm
Thur: 08:00pm - 11:30pm
Mon: 08:00pm - 11:30pm (Cleanup)

We Expect that you maintain 70% attendance. Loot is decided by a zero sum dkp system.

Notes
I just want to say recently the quality of the work applicants have been putting into their apps has been absurd. We made our application template about as easy as it gets and yet we still get apps who spend maybe 5 minutes on their app and most of that 5 minutes is spent on registering yourself to the forums.

When we ask for your role in raid we aren't asking what can you do in raid so don't give us, "DPS". We know what your class does we want to know what YOU AS A PLAYER bring to us. Why should we even look at your app vs the other ones? Do you look out for those around you? Are you dynamic and capable of adapting to the situation going on around you and change what you are doing in order to continue to be able to do your job after the imminent threat has passed or are you going to stand there eyes glued to your actions bars and completely ignore the fact you are poisoned and will be paralyzed soon or the fact that you are standing in something that would not typically be considered condusive to your health.

Raid awareness, aside from attendance, is the one thing that will make or break an applicant faster than anything else. Players who tunnel vision are the players who are a burden. No matter how high your dps or healing is it means little when you are face down at 50% because you didn't notice you were standing in fire. We want raiders who not only react when they are in danger but when others are as well. A player who immediately moves out of fire, void zone, lightning, etc and continues doing his job is a raider. A player who sees another player snared/rooted in the path of an instant gib and stops to say Hand of Freedom the one in danger saving the other player at a small cost to his own performance is an asset.

I know it can be tricky but if we can't expect you to spend 2 minutes reading over your application once it is finished then we probably can't expect you to wipe your own ass and take care of what needs to be done in raid. Remember, the more polish you put in the app, the more it looks like you care, and the amount of time you put into the application is directly proportional to the amount of time and thought I put into your reply. Lastly be patient I don't mind a few questions but the more you pester me about your application then the less I actually care about it.

What, you mean standing in fire is bad and I should probably avoid doing that?
